Stan Carr, who teaches Credit Recovery at Fort Worth Can! has established the Donna Rappich Carr Memorial Scholarship Fund in honor of his late wife of 26 years. To qualify for the scholarship, students must graduate from Fort Worth Can! Academy''s River Oaks campus, apply for other scholarship funds, and maintain a "C" or better average while in college or community college. The scholarship is $500 per semester, up to $2,000.
