Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student educational records and provides parents and eligible students with access to their education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

Current & Former Students:

Current and former students must obtain their Transcripts from their Registrar’s Offices at their currently enrolled or last home campus. We encourage the former students to fill out the form below. If as a High School Graduate you did not pick up your original diploma, you can obtain it  filling the form below. Diplomas are considered ceremonial documents, not a district record. The high school transcript (academic achievement record-AAR) is the official record of achievement/graduation, which can be obtained via the Registrar’s office at your last/home campus.
