Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student educational records and provides parents and eligible students with access to their education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

Current and Former Students

We are pleased to assist current and former students with transcripts, immunization records, verification of enrollment, and proof of graduation. Please submit your order application using the form below.

Third Party Request

Please submit your request using the form below only if:

  • you are a background check, LEGAL, or corporate entity requesting a graduation verification or records, submit your order application here.

  • you are a government agency (CPS, DFPS, TX Human and Health Services, Office of Inspector General) and would like to order copy of enrollment packet or need documentation of enrollment dates

  • you are a K-12 District requesting transfer record(s) of a Texans Can Academies student
