Texans Can Academies recently hosted an impactful Community Board Event led by our dedicated Board President, Dr. Matherson, with hundreds of participants across the state! Parents, staff, students, board members, and community partners gathered at each campus to engage in meaningful discussions.
Other board members, including Ms. Sanford, Mr. Anderson, and Mr. Soto, shared valuable insights on TCA's vision, goals, and the Lone Star Governance framework for progress monitoring. Throughout the presentation, participants were able to provide input and feedback.

Led by the TCA Board of Trustees, this session will highlight the strides we've made in improving student outcomes through the Lone Star Governance (LSG) program. We'll discuss our vision for success, student outcome goals, progress monitoring, and the importance of advocacy and community engagement.
