Texans Can Academies Expands Career Pathways Through Workforce Training Partnership with 3D Lash & Brow Academy
Dallas, TX — April 17, 2026 — Texans Can Academies, in partnership with 3D Lash & Brow Academy, is creating real-world opportunities for students to earn their high school diploma while gaining hands-on career training and direct access to employment.
The partnership recently celebrated the successful completion of a workforce training program with a graduation ceremony held on April 17—highlighting a strong pipeline connecting students directly to career opportunities in the beauty and laser industry.
A total of 20 students completed the program and are now equipped with the skills and experience needed to enter the workforce. As part of the program’s direct employer engagement, students participated in interviews with Hand & Stone, creating immediate job opportunities for graduates.
