FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Fort Worth, Texas — Texans Can Academies – Fort Worth Lancaster Campus is proud to celebrate the success of its students who recently completed and earned their forklift operator certifications through a four-week accelerated training program in partnership with the DeSoto SA Career Center. Every participating student successfully passed the official certification process, marking an important milestone toward workforce readiness and economic opportunity.
Through this innovative partnership with the DeSoto SA Career Center, Texans Can Academies continues to provide students with meaningful pathways to both educational and career success.
This accomplishment reflects Texans Can Academies’ commitment to ensuring students not only earn their high school diploma but also graduate with valuable industry-recognized credentials that support post-secondary success.
“We are incredibly proud of our students for their dedication and achievement,” said district leadership. “These quick micro-certifications are helping change the trajectory of our students’ lives by empowering them to enter the workforce prepared—with both a high school diploma and a post-secondary license or certificate.”
Texans Can Academies looks forward to expanding these opportunities during the upcoming school year by offering additional certification programs while continuing to support students through accelerated high school completion pathways.
Special recognition goes to Ms. Bettina Carter and her team for their partnership and commitment to student success, along with Principal Justin Reyes and Ms. Cross at the Fort Worth Lancaster campus for their leadership and support in helping students achieve this milestone.
These workforce-focused opportunities demonstrate the power of strategic partnerships and reinforce Texans Can Academies’ mission of helping students build brighter futures through education, training, and career preparation.
