Texans Can Academy (TCA) ensures that , in accordance with Texas Education Code §26.006, all teaching materials and classroom aides are available for review by parents and guardians.This ensures that families can understand how instruction is being supported for their children across all subjects, including Career and Technical Education (CTE).
TCA implements a TEKS-aligned curriculum for all courses and supplements instruction with a variety of materials to support individualized learning, including:

For online courses, TCA uses TEKS-based Bright Thinker to provide consistent, high-quality TEKS based instruction in a digital learning environment.
Assessment Access
Parents and students can view results for STAAR, EOC, TELPAS, and other state-administered assessments at https://www.texasassessment.gov/staar.html. STAAR tests measure student learning in Reading/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies and ensure readiness for the next grade level.
TCA also administers benchmarks and common formative assessments to provide targeted interventions and personalized support for students who may need additional assistance. Additionally, parents may request their child’s FitnessGram assessment results from their school by contacting the administrator or testing coordinator.
