Houston Hobby students are taking the mic April 28 for a Friday Poetry Slam, presented by the Texas Afterschool Centers on Education! Students and parents are welcome to attend and be part of the excitement. This friendly competition considers audience in deciding the winners!
Houston Southwest Campus welcomes nonprofit executive Mr. Sebastian Sanders. Students received expert information on business ownership and financial literacy.
THIS AFTERNOON at 4:30, you can be the lively audience to cheer our student-poets as they perform original works! This friendly competition will be judged by local community members, and they'll listen to how YOU respond! Come be a part!
